High-end high-voltage test station for INHECO

The test system manufactured for Inheco is based on the innovative elneos connect laboratory furniture system and is height-adjustable using an electric motor. This means that all work can be carried out sitting or standing. The safety testing technology is located in a 19″ base cabinet. A comprehensive test system from the CANclass Compact Tester device series performs all safety-related tests. The electrical safety tests are carried out fully automatically and without manual reconnection.\u00a0The functional tests are carried out by the elneos five device series.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n

\nb. Voltage measurement up to 1000 V,
\nc. Temperature, frequency, period duration, capacitance measurement,
\nd. Continuity and resistance measurement,
\ne. Power consumption measurement with determination of the crest factor;<\/p>\n

The graphical visualization of the measured values takes place directly on the elneos five device in the device cockpit.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n

Large-volume test specimens can also be tested fully automatically using a large test cover. The maximum test piece size is 1080 x 670 x 770 mm (W x D x H). A special fitting design enables force-neutral and fatigue-free operation of the test cover.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n

The new CANDY testing software – Industry 4.0

\n

After closing the test cover, the tests are started fully automatically and the measurement results are saved using the modern CANDY test software. The new, dynamic test planning is based on an SQL database. The same applies to the storage of the test results. For the first time, the new type of test planning enables overall test plans to be compiled uniquely quickly. By means of an interface connection to SAP, the test plans can be generated fully automatically and in accordance with Industry 4.0 in the background and without intervention. A quantum leap in the field of test systems!<\/p>\n

The SQL statistics package elegantly manages all measurement data and test plans. It even stores version numbers and validity periods. Modern user administration is a matter of course in the new testing software.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
